TOPSoccerUS Youth Soccer TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a program that helps to enable all children to play soccer. TOPSoccer is a community-based training and team placement program for young athletes with differing abilities. The program is run by volunteers, called Buddies, and is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any boy or girl, ages 4-19 (and even beyond), who has a mental or physical disability.
